1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services offered by StarHulks Software Pvt Ltd ("StarHulks, we, us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
StarHulks provides software development, mobile app development, ERP solutions, digital marketing, and related IT services. All services are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables become the property of the client. StarHulks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment milestones are defined in each project agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, business processes, and proprietary information confidential. NDAs can be signed upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
StarHulks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the project fee paid.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination date is billable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
